cool video gallery

  • Ok, installed and activated Cool Video Gallery
    Seems to be fine
    Created a page and added the following to my Video Gallery page
    [cvg-gallery galleryId=’gid’ /]
    I have one gallery created containing 1 video
    I cannot get the gallery to show up on the page.
    I also added the other code for apparently just video and nothing.
    What do I need to do here?

  • gid = the id assigned under “manage gallery” not the name. I made that mistake. Also you must have at least 1 video uploaded to the gallery for it to work.

    need help, where do I find the video id (vid)or gallery id (gid)exactly. I have 3 videos in sidebar, but want to add a single video or gallery in a post.

    Also I see these 2 instructions:
    Go to your post/page and enter the tag [cvg-video videoId=’vid’ /] (where vid is video id) to add video or enter the tag [cvg-gallery galleryId=’gid’ /] (where gid is gallery id) to add a complete gallery.

    or

    Inorder to use slideshow and showcase in custom templates created use the function cvgShowCaseWidget(gid) and cvgSlideShowWidget(gid) (where gid is gallery id).

    which one do I use exactly for the EvoLve theme to add a video to a post.
