    Thanks for trying the plugin but sorry to head you had trouble, we’d absolutely love to help though!

    I’ve got the plugin working just fine in a current site, WP 4.2.2. The popups work as normal there. If it’s not working for you, it could be due to a JavaScript conflict or maybe even the settings you’ve chosen.

    To quickly rule out a plugin or theme conflict, you can try deactivating other plugins and switching to Twenty Fifteen theme momentarily to see how it works with that.
