Cool Player Videos Still not working

    regarding the cool video player we have used for a couple of years or so, added the api code to the plugin as per above, still get the error.
    “Error Setting up player: Invalid License Key”
    WordPress Version : 4.5.2
    CVG Plugin Version : 2.3
    JWPlayer Version : 7.3.6
    JWPlayer License Key Installed : YES

    any ideas. I have tried many things and nothing works. Thanks in advance

    Could you please confirm the JW Player versions you see in your JW player dashboard under license keys. Also which version of license key did you save in plugin settings screen?

    If you can share JW Player license key over email I can verify it. You can send to praveen (dot) rajan007 (at) gmail (dot) com.
