Cool idea for a Twitter Plugin

Can someone please create a plugin that automatically “tweets” every new post that is published. By giving the post title, a little excerpt, and a link back to the original in the twitter updates.

This will be immensely helpful for people who hate to manually tweet the many many posts they publish and yet need to keep up with he twitter times.

Such an auto-tweeting plugin will get a lot of downloads for sure!
