Please change the registered URL from www.tacittx.com to https://tacittx.com. You can change this from the CookieYes dashboard’s Site Settings > Basic configuration > URL.

You are on the legacy UI of CookieYes plugin. To know more about the difference between legacy & revamped UI, please refer this thread.

Also we couldn’t replicate the banner reappearing issue on your site. Is there any scenario you could suggest us to replicate this issue from our side?
