Cookies problem – need to logout/login to see chat again

    I have a chat for registered and logged users. I’ve noticed that on mobile Chrome and desktop Mozilla the plugin dispays the message “only logged users can enter the chat” even if I am logged. Seems that something is going wrong with cookies or something. The only solution is to log out from WordPress and log in again, which is not a solution.

    The cookies settings for wise chat is untouched so it should display chat every time when I close the browser and start again. Any chances to check and update?

    We initially checked this and it seems to be working properly. Would you please send us a step-by-step procedure that leads to this error?

    Hello Marcin!

    Thanx for Your response. I solved this problem by changing the registration plugin (I am using now WP User Manager).
