Cookies policy not translating completely with Polylang

These strings don’t appear under String Translation, they should be translated automatically after creating a French version of the page with PolyLang. (https://complianz.io/configuring-for-polylang/)

Could you confirm that your French translation files are up-to-date?

You can verify this by navigating Dashboard -> Updates in the left-hand WordPress Menu, and scrolling down the page until you see an Update Translations button. Clicking the button should update the Complianz language files.

No worries, you can manually perform the language update as well. I have uploaded the latest versions of the French language files on this WeTransfer link.

Upload both of the files (.po and .mo) to the /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder on your website, and replace the ‘old’ ones if you are prompted to.

That should do the trick, but I’m curious to hear about your findings.

I have applied the above steps on a fresh WordPress website with the latest version of Complianz & Polylang, and French as the Site Language (Settings -> General). Everything works as expected here:

I can’t really think of a reason why it would be different for you, provided that you also use French as the Site Language, and followed the exact instructions as mentioned above.
