    Hello,
when i first enter the website and make a cookie selection. If, after that, i access the cookie button on footer to update the cookie selection, they do not update on the browser cookie list. They keep the same. I’m using the free version.

    Kindest Regards,

    Hi @renato6,

Please share the site URL so that we can check the issue.

I also have the same issue. I installed, activated, and used the cookie scanner to add the cookie list, but when I deactivate all cookies in cookie settings, I still see the google ads. https://TheWeirdcrap.com

    Hi @renato6, @rsenitram,

Kindly make sure that you have added the script of the mentioned cookies via our plugin cookie categories itself. If you go to the Cookie Category page and click edit on any category, you will find fields to insert scripts through which you can add them.

If you are not familiar with managing scripts, you can check out our pro version plugin which is capable of managing this automatically.

    Hello,
i check this today with more detail. And, for my tests and unnderstanding, do you mean that all the external scripts like GAnalytics, Youtube, etc have to be moved to the categories header or footer and removed from the position where they are?

    Yes, that is correct.

    Hello @webtoffee,
thanks for your reply, but the issues persist.
Look: i moved the linkedin scripts to the footer of the Cookie category, “Advertisement”, and the GAnalytics to the header of the “Analytics” cookie categorie. But the changes keep not taking effect. After i enter the site, if i decide to change the active cookies, they keep exactly the same (they do not update). You can check on the site for yourself.

    Hi @renato6,

In order to delete the cookies that are already set, you must list the cookie in the site under the Cookie List section in the plugin. Please use the scanner to find the cookies and list them automatically.

Let us know if the issue persists, after following this.

    Hello @webtoffee
yes, the cookies are on the cookie list. I used the cookie scanner to build that list. At the time it required a connection to your server, so you should have that information on your side, too. So the change of cookie settings should work …

    Kindest Regards,
