Cookies Missing

    Dear Support,

    We are currently trialling your plugin on our live site.

    All seems to be working very well but we are surprised how few cookies the automatic cookie scanner finds on our site.

    We compare the cookies the cookie scanner finds with the cookies we find on our live site [ redundant link removed ], if we open Chrome Inspector > Application > Storage > Local Storage or Cookies.

    There seem to be many more cookies within Chrome Inspector.

    Why does the automatic scanner find so few?

    Should we manually set up these missing cookies manually? Will they be blocked until user consent, if we add them manually?

    Hi @pairfumlondon,

    The scanner can find the cookies that are set in the site when accessing via an incognito or private window. Session cookies that appear when logged in might not be available. You can add them to the cookie list manually and add their script to corresponding categories if you require to block them.
