    Hello,

We configured complianz but when we click on the inspect mode we still see some of the cookies are active without accepting the concent.

    Eg. GA cookies.

Can you guys help us with this? Do we need a premium version in order to block all cookies?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @rikpeetermans,

First of all, you don’t need Premium to block all cookies that require consent. After going through the wizard and confirming your Complianz settings, most non-functional cookies should be blocked correctly.

When looking at your site, I only see first-party cookies being placed by:

    Google Analytics
I suspect that you have configured Google Analytics ‘privacy friendly’, which means that consent is not required in most EU countries. In Belgium hover, consent is required. Because of these differences within the EU, we ask ‘Do you want to ask consent for statistics’ in the Wizard -> cookies -> Statistics – configuration. You should answer this with ‘yes’.

    Facebook
Please make sure that you have either activated the Facebook integration under Complianz -> integrations, or inserted your Facebook Pixel script via the script center (which can also be found under integrations).

Let me know if this solves your question.

@webtica Please open a new ticket and share the URL of your site, I can have a look at the particular page as well.

    Kind regards,
    Leon
