Cookies issue with signature field for returning users

    Hello,

    We are using a combination of Ultimate Addons for Contact Form 7 and CF7 for non-loged-in users to submit data. The form is multistep, and as the last field, it has a signature field. We have a large number of users who are first time accessing the website, however, some of them are returning. They need to resubmit the form again, sometimes multiple times.

    Several times, we have received reports from users, mentioning issues with signing the signature field. Specifically, if they need to resubmit the form the signature field would not work, you couldn’t write on the pad. Since this field is required it will not allow users to continue, but at the same time, it doesn’t allow them to use the pad. Please see the image attached for reference(the left is the working form; the right image is when they have an issue). In most cases, it will work once the user clears their browser cookies.

    I need to mention that at this time we have disabled all caching on the website. So there is no cache at all.

    I would appreciate any guidance on how to debug this.
