    Hello,

After deleting plugin, cleaning database, removing all post revisions – lots of Qubely cookies are still available:

    __qubely_layout_count
    qubely-global-settings
    qubelyInteraction
    qubelyFonts
    __qubely_section_count_time

    qubelyCSS
    qubelyReusabelCSS
    __qubely_block_count_time
    _qubely_local_cache_
    __qubely_section_count
    __qubely_layout_count_time
    __qubely_block_count

Those above were found by Compilanz GDPR plugin. As I don’t see any remaining qubely tables, where are they in the wp database?

  • Dear @chinesepack

To locate and remove any remaining Qubely data in the database, you can follow these steps:

    1. Backup your WordPress database: Before making any changes to the database, it’s always a good practice to create a backup in case anything goes wrong.
    2. Access your WordPress database: You can use a tool like phpMyAdmin or a database management tool provided by your hosting provider to access your WordPress database.
    3. Search for Qubely-related data: Look for tables in the database that may contain Qubely data. Although you mentioned not finding any remaining Qubely tables, it’s still worth double-checking. Qubely may have used custom tables, or it could have stored data in existing WordPress tables.
    4. Search for options table entries: Qubely might have stored data in the WordPress options table. Look for entries with option names matching the Qubely data you mentioned (e.g., __qubely_layout_count, qubely-global-settings, etc.). You can search for these entries using SQL queries or a database search functionality.
    5. Remove the identified entries: Once you have located the Qubely-related entries, you can delete them from the options table. Be cautious and double-check that you are deleting the correct entries associated with Qubely.

Make sure to have a recent backup of your database before making any changes.
