Cookies for Comments is good. This is better.

  • CfC was doing a very good job for a long time, but more and more spam was sneaking through. And that is just such a buzzkill. Found Spam Destroyer discussed on Justin Tadlock’s blog and that convinced us. Replaced CfC with SD this week and only ONE spam comment has made it to pending! Many hundreds more have been caught, and we have yet to see a single false positive. Thanks, Ryan! This plugin rocks.

    Cookies for Comments is very good. It is missing the JavaScript check too though, which will be what is blocking the new spam for you.
