Cookies error when logging into WordPress with Chrome ONLY

Hi, I am very new to WordPress. I recently installed Bitnami WordPress Multisite locally on my windows pc. The problem I am having is when I try to login using chrome I receive the ERROR saying to turn on cookies. The issue is that cookies is already turned on and there is no error when I use other browsers (FireFox and Safari). How do I resolve this problem and please remember I am very new to this. Thanks.
