Cookies banner appearing once

    Hi,

    I’d like to know the way to make appearing the banner juste once in the home page.
    The customer cliks on it and can navigate without seeing it again on the other pages. What are the settings to do that or is there a code ?

    Hi @marie999,

    The banner should not re-appear after the customer has made their selection. Most of the time when this does occur, it is caused by caching (either in the browser or by a caching plugin on the site).

    After you disable active caching plugins (and the CDN, if applicable), can you confirm if the problem remains when visiting the website in Incognito/Private browsing mode?
