Hi, whenever I try to log in admin dashboard, it doesn’t allow me to tick remember me. If I do so, it shows the error, “Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.”

May I know what options should I change in Wordfence settings to avoid this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @mmkurhade, thanks for reaching out to us.

With the “Cookies are Blocked…” message, we have seen this on customer sites when Wordfence is disabled so may not be a direct Wordfence issue but could be a byproduct of any communication issues or login security features you may have been using like 2FA.

By all means feel free to expand on the circumstances around whether you had 2FA/reCAPTCHA enabled when the cookies message was seen and whether any scans had been run prior to this. It could also be worth clearing local (and site) caches, trying another browser to your default choice, and lastly disabling all plugins except for Wordfence to see if you can suppress the message.

    Thanks,
    Peter.
