I see now! Like you said you used google manager. If i delete my GA cookie manually in the cookie options in google chrome, it will stay away if i refresh my page.

This is not the case with your site, now this can probably only mean one thing, that your site would not run well WITHOUT your part of the GA cookie. This is not a problem, you just have to put the cookie into the necessary category.

The important part about this, is that you have to find out why your site isn’t running without the part of the cookie or why you will need the cookie to always run. Maybe a manual of google manager explains it.

If you find out what the reason is, it is important to explain that reason into your PRIVACY POLICY page, that is a very important part that you need to be transparent why that cookie is being used.

I believe I’ve miss some tecnical thing in Google Tag Manager like activators, tag and similar.
Maybe there’s an option to activate analytics on your cookie result values.

I think you should fiddle around with that indeed.
