    We have received the following feedback today.
    That despite the reject button and function in the plugin DSGVO Pro the cookies are still saved.

    What are we doing wrong?

    If you use the Pro Version – please use the Support for the Pro Version.
    Email or via your account -> support tickets.

    Here is only support allowed for the free version (rules).
