cookiedatabase_sync failing

    I installed the plugin and ran through the wizard. When I got to ‘Cookiedatabase.org’ section I received error message ‘Could not load field cookiedatabase_sync’. This means that the page generated by complianz is not showing the cookies used correctly and at the bottom of the page it reads ‘This Cookie Policy was synchronised with cookiedatabase.org on (not synced yet).’

    I have run through the wizard a few times but the same problem every time!

    Thank you for reaching out and for your feedback.

    We have checked the REST API on cookiedatabase.org and discovered that it was down. We have now restored it and double-checked everything inside the plugin to ensure it works properly.
    If you still see the issue, please clear your browser’s cache, it should work right away.

    Many thanks. It is now working. It has thrown up an unknown cookie for ‘Filebird’ this is simply a image/media organiser in the admin area. Is there a way I can just add that info?
