Cookiebot setup

Hello, I am an user of this fantastic theme for which I thank you for the work you do.

I am trying to add the cookiebot plugin to my website to create the cookie policy and cookie banner. On the cookiebot page, it asks you to insert the script in the site’s head tag. I would like to understand where I should insert this script, if for example do it in the child theme, and how. The other script is for the information and I suppose I have to insert it in a page dedicated to the purpose. Thank you very much. Kind regards.
