There seems to be a jQuery error on your page, which is related to anchor links:

The jQuery used from your theme https://www.herminemasmeyer.eu/wp-content/themes/himalayas-pro/js/jquery.nav.min.js?ver=3.0.0:formatted seems to trip over these anchor elements, and when Complianz wants to initialize it can’t because of the error.

The best thing is to contact your theme support and ask if they can fix it.
