Cookie white list, ad not displayed

    Hi and thanks for this great plugin.
    I’m having problems displaying ads with cookie whitelist. I have a complex setup on the website I’m working on, so I tried to reproduce the problem on a fresh install with only adinserter plugin installed. You can check this page: https://som3thing.com/adins/hello-world/
    the cookie checked is random_np_cookie=1, it is set on every page, but the ad is not displayed in the post. The weird thing is that the ad is displayed if I enable debugging (ie https://som3thing.com/adins/hello-world/?ai-debug-processing=1 )
