• Hello!

I would like to ask for your help in a case where the code “cky-audit-table-element” embedded on a page is blocked by the ad blocker and thus the cookie table to be loaded does not appear.

It appears fine in incognito mode (without ad blocker).

We received a lot of user feedback about this.

Thank you in advance for your answer!

    Hi @ivancza

    Greetings from CookieYes!

Could you please share the URL where this issue is happening, along with the ad blocker being used? This will help us investigate further and provide a more specific solution.

I use a Chrome extension called “uBlock Origin”

And here is one of our pages where it is not visible: https://bluebax.com/en/privacy-policy/

At the bottom, between the “What cookies do we use:” and “Change cookie settings” sections (the element is visible in the console, but the tables are not loaded).

    Thanks!

    Hi @ivancza

Please check the working after excluding the CookieYes script from the JS optimisation.

I don’t quite understand what you mean by “optimisation”. As for the Autoptimize plugin we use, I temporarily deactivated it, but the problem is still the same.

    Hi @ivancza

You have added CookieYes via GTM and not the plugin. This might be the reason why uBlock Origin blocked it. Please try to switch to the plugin and let us know the status.

If I do not integrate it through GTM, but directly into the page, it will appear fine even with the use of ad blocker. However, we would also need the former to work, as experience has shown that due to Consent Mode and its more specific use, we still need to integrate via GMT.

    Thanks!

    Hi @ivancza

We have Google consent mode integration available in the plugin. Please refer to this documentation to learn more.

Thanks! I will look at it again afterwards, but I seem to remember that there was something wrong with it.

On the other hand, do you have any idea what the problem might be in the case of integration via GTM?
