Cookie statement shortcode doesn’t show

    Hey there guys!

    I’m writing this to seek a hand of help for your plugin. The plugin worked so good for some time, and I didn’t checked it’s settings for a few months because it worked just perfectly.

    Recently I had to update some of our cookie policy statements, and when I checked the page where the cookie statement was, there was no text. I tried to insert the shortcode [cmplz-document type=”cookie-statement” region=”eu”] in Elementor, in WP Bakery, both with the shortcode elements or plain text. The shortcode was on Gutenberg until now, but neither Gutenberg makes the shortcode come alive. I also disabled plugins one by one, changed the theme, cleared all the cache, nothing seems to pay off.

    Could you please help me out in solving this issue?

    I just attempted to take a look at the attached website, but it seems to be unreachable at the moment. Is this the correct URL to the Cookie Policy?

    I’m facing same issue with ComplianZ statement shortcode :
    [cmplz-document type=”cookie-statement” region=”eu”]
    It doesn’t displays anymore.

    I tried to re-integrate it in Elementor and Gutenberg editor, and nothing displays.

    For the moment i’m using the [cmplz-cookies] shortcode to be at least in accordance with the RGPD rules.

    Everything worked well until today..
    I think it happens when I actualise our RGPD statement with the assistant and activate the new “Consent Mode V2”.

    Do you have any clue of what’s happening ?

    Hi @magwebd,

    Your Cookie Policy is being displayed correctly on my end, Please check if you don’t have any browser extensions (i.e. Ghostery) which might affect the page from being displayed properly in your browser.
