Cookie SettingsTab not visible

    Hi.. I’ve selected the Show ‘Cookie Settings’ tab option but the tab appears just moving the mouse at the bottom left of the page without any notice that the tab is there.. On mobile it remain fixed and visible at the bottom of the page.. How to make it always visible also on desktop..?

    Hi @newmediologo, can you send a screenshot or better: a link to the page?
    So that i know what you mean exactly?

    normaly you have in the corner a thin line as an indicator in the color of the banner background. And if you hover about it with the mouse you see the cookie settings.

    unfortunately it is not possible to change that behaviour. You can build your own “open settings” link if you want to. just use the shortcode: [cc_show_cookie_banner_nsc_bar]

    and disable the build in function here if you want: Cookie Consent Banner – Settings > Consent Management: Show ‘Cookie Settings’ tab
