You must translate all user-editable contents in the plugin manually.

To edit the privacy overview text content, go to GDPR Cookie Consent menu > Privacy Overview.
To edit the category description, go to GDPR Cookie Consent menu > Cookie Category > Click Edit on the category that you want to edit.

i’ve translated all the categories, but nothing has changed.

Hello @federicocappellotto I’m having this exact same issue, settings available in english but not available in french. Any ideas on how to fix this?

In the screenshot shared the category description of Italian is entered in the English language. Please translate it.
