I’ve installed and set up the GDPR Cookie Consent plugin as I have done on numerous client sites to date but this time when I installed it, it had a couple of different menus. I presumed this was due to an updated version? I no longer have the ‘Cookie Categories’ menu option and have 2 additional menu items ‘Non-Necessary’ and ‘Necessary’.

The problem I’m having is that when I go into scanner and click ‘Migrate Cookie Categories’, it’s not updating properly and giving me the option to then scan the website. First it takes me to the Cookie Categories page (which is still missing from the side menu) Then when I click back on the Cookie Scanner page, it keeps going back to giving me the option to migrate again, like it hasn’t registered. Previously at this point, it has given me the option to then add my login info for ‘Cookie Yes’ but it doesn’t seem to want to do it. please could you help and let me know if i’m doing something wrong.

I have ‘Enable Cookie Bar’ switched on so that isn’t the issue. I’ve also tried deactivating and reactivating, uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin and that hasn’t worked either.
    TIA.
