cookie popup appears between main menu and top bar

  • Cookie popup is enabled and appears between fixed main menu bar and top bar. I would like it to appear above the top bar (at the very top of the page).

  • I have a similar problem. On my Website, it covers all the menu, but it should show up, above the menu. Please give a hint.
