Hi, maybe it is your browser cache. When i load the page you provided it works.
But you have pretty long caching headers to your files, which is definitely customized.

your website cache header for the css & js:
    cache-control: public, max-age=31536000

If you delete your browser cache it should work for you. However: your users might have the same problem if they do not delete their cache, which is unlikely.

So you have to invalidate the cache of your frontend files. How to do this, it depends heavily on your solution how you set the cache headers.

Thanks Nikel for getting back to me. I have no idea what “pretty long caching headers to your files” or how to adjust. My background is not tech-related. How do I invalidate the cache of my frontend files??? Thanks for any help you can provide! PJ

    Hi,

unfortunately it is hard to say what is the exact reason for that. I assume you have a caching plugin installed. And this plugin should have a button which says “delete cache” / “refresh cache” or something similiar.
