    hi,

    I am using Unyson as a page builder, and when i use my theme’s page and Unyson, the drop down list for the cookies not shown as it should, i dont see the arrow, i dont see the tables, its just words, there is no sign that you can click here and expand the table,

    i followed this post’s sugestion

    #cmplz-cookies-overview .cmplz-service-desc {
        display: grid!important;
    }

    but did not worked for me.

    I have enabled the “Use document CSS by Complianz” but it does not make any difference. is there a class for that that i can set to my child theme and set it as !important so it overlaps my themes css? Or if i am thinking wrong, is there anything else i can do?

    Regards

    Hi @apatsidis123,

    Can you share a link to the website in question, so I can have a closer look?

    If you tried to edit the Legal Documents using a page builder, the contents might disappear. These documents can not be edited with page builders as the Synchronization with Complianz would break, meaning that the plugin cannot update the document anymore. For more information about this, please refer to this article: https://complianz.io/editing-legal-documents/

    hi,

    https://beyondyou.gr/politiki-cookies/
    That is the page with my the problem as you can see.

    No i dont want to edit the content of the lega document, i am aware of that would lose the syncronisation. But as you see on another page with elementor it works fine the css.

    Hi @apatsidis123,

    It looks like our CSS isn’t coming through correctly.

    In Complianz > Settings, is the option “Use document CSS by Complianz” enabled? If not, please enable this option.

    If this does not work, could you try setting it to a default WP theme? It might be that the theme is preventing our CSS from being applied.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    hi,

    yes as i said in my 1st message i have enabled that option. i cannot set a default wp theme! This is a premium theme that i bought so obviusly i cant. Yes i guess is something about the them thats the reason i asked you if i can apply a class for “Use document CSS by Complianz” so i force the shortcode to use your css and not the themes css. Because i have enabled that option you said

    Hi @apatsidis123

    Excuse me, I apparently skipped over the part where you stated to already have that option active.

    The reason why I asked to temporarily activate a default theme instead of your current one, is so that we can see if the CSS does get applied on the default theme. That would narrow down the cause to something within the current theme.

    I was trying to check the website just now but noticed that a Maintenance Mode plugin is activated, is there any form of caching/minification active?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Yes the website is not ready for release, i did it last time temporarily so you can inspect. I fixed it by editing manually the css, i guess unyson builder doesn’t work that well, because your shortcode works pretty fine on elementor. Thank you very much for the help thought.

    Regards
