Cookie Policy Tab still shows at bottom of Mobile Screens after Cookies allowed.

    After accepting the Cookie Policy on mobile devices, a pale gray tab that says Cookie Policy, still shows at the bottom of the page. This covers content at various places throughout the site. It does not appear on the screen on PCs. How can I remove it from Mobile Devices, too?

    Hi,

    this is a feature of the used framework, if you use advanced compliance options (opt-in and opt-out) it is always there. Should be on desktop as well.

    It is not possible to deactivate it, in the settings, see here:
    https://cookieconsent.osano.com/documentation/javascript-api/
    in section “Revoke options”.

    This plugin is tied to the cookie banner framework. As a hack you might set the class of the tab to display:none in css. That might be an easy and secure hack.

    Hi, just released a new version:
    it allows you to change the text easily and deactivate the “cookie policy” tab and use a custom link instead. This link can be placed everywhere with a shortcode.

    I hope this change is going to help you.
