Cookie policy not showing with cache enabled

    Hi there, I have a problem with the plugin.

    On many pages of my website (not every page, but some yes some not) the cookie policy popup doesn’t appear when the page is cached, look at this for example:

    If I delete the cache, the popup appears again. Actually I’m using Italy Cookie Choices plugin, but this happens with every cookie policy plugin. How can I solve it?

    Note: I actually disabled the cache for the homepage, so there the cookie notice is always working.

    You should exclude the cookie which is “displayCookieConsent” as below.

    I found the problem. If a user visited Page A on my website, accepted the cookie notice, then clicked a link on page A and landed on another page (that I’ll call page B), the new page B would be cached by WPFC as the user saw it, so without the cookie notice (because it was already accepted and removed in page A).

    So, every user visiting the site, would see the cached page like that user, without the cookie notice. I hope I explained it well, if you have doubts ask me.

    In the meantime, before you answered to the topic, I casually found a cookie consent plugin that doesn’t cause this issue (unlike Italy Cookie Choices and Cookie Notice by dFactory) and installed it, so I didn’t try your workaround and I don’t know if it works. But if I’ll have other issues, I’ll try what you suggested. Thank you.

    I am using “Cookie Notice” plugin and added in Exclude Cookies rules of WP Fastest Cache cn_cookies_accepted

    Now everything works.
