Cookie Policy menu at the website footer

Hello,

I can’t find any way to create the Cookie Policy “Read More” fixed link on the footer of the website, right by WP Privacy Policy link like I saw on many sites – this would be ideal as to avoid having the “Manage Consent” floating bar always showing with the aim of allowing users to access the full cookie policy page at their leisure after clicking accept. Otherwise, it would disappear from the website………..
