cookie page not works

    Hello, i’ve used complianz for generate cookie page policy, and plugin generates page with shortcode: [cmplz-document type=”privacy-statement” region=”eu”] but no show any. why?

    Hi @taniaap,

    The Privacy Statement is part of the Premium plugin, the Free version of Complianz only generates the Cookie Policy.

    So, if you’re using the Free version of Complianz, the shortcode you attached will not work. Could you try replacing it with the below shortcode, which is for the Cookie Policy?

    [cmplz-document type="cookie-statement" region="eu"]
