Please set up a different snippet to avoid displaying consent bar content as a meta description. Once done, you can manually try a recrawl after making the changes.

Please note that it would take some time to reflect the changes. Even with a manual re-crawl trigger, it would take some time to reflect the changes

It depends on the SEO plugin you use. Every plugin will provide an option to edit the snippet for all pages.

But Im not a web developer, so I do not know exctly what to do when you say “edit the snippet for all pages”.

Yoast SEO plugin provides an option to set snippets for search appearances. Refer to their knowledge base for instructions. Here is an article link.
