Cookie Not Setting in User’s Browser

    Hi,

    I am facing the issue of cookie not setting up in user’s browser. If user clicks on the affiliate link and checkout right away without closing the tab then commission gets recorded but user close the tab and get back after some time or within the cookie set period, the affiliate not getting any commission.
    I tried to find cookie in wpam in chrome but don’t found it. Following things I have done to troubleshoot:
    1. disabling cache and performance plugins
    2. disabling server level cache and performance optimization
    3. disabling redis
    4. disabling all other plugins except woocommerce and wp affiliate manager.
    But the issue still persist and not setting wpam cookie. I also enabled log and found following pattern in each sales.

    Hi, This has nothing to do with your server. The plugin cannot do anything if the browser is configured to automatically delete cookies when closed. It also happens in incognito mode.

    You can keep the alternative tracking option enabled as a backup (Affiliates > Settings > Advanced Settings > Use IP Address for Referral Tracking).

    Hi,
    Actually it was blocking from the server. The issue is resolved. If anyone is on managed host, work with your host to exclude wpam_id cookie from server side, specially on those hosts which uses cloudflare enterprise.
