If I examine the page then I find that there are 11 cookies. The new web app scan is only detecting 4. I have tried running the scan repeatedly, but it’s giving me the same incomplete results.

    Hi @usercentrix,

Greetings, we’re delighted to assist you!

When we reviewed your website, there was only one cookie that had been stored to the browser. This is a cookie for our plugin. See https://ibb.co/XkHMmHK

Could you deactivate our plugin and load your site on a new browser window?. Send us a screenshot of the cookies that your browser is storing when it doesn’t have our plugin.

When logged into admin there are 11 cookies. When logged out of admin there are 8. When I scan with your Web App I get 4. And when you look manually there is 1.

This was all soooooo much easier before the web app interface. If you will allow me to use the plugin interface, I have complete confidence in that, as it works perfectly on all of my other websites.

How do I add a screenshot to a reply here, please?

    Hi @usercentrix,

You can add a link to the screenshot by uploading the Jpg or Png file to any image sharing provider like https://imgbb.com/. Once you upload you will get a link. Share the link here so that we can understand the scenario.
