Hello, I have setup a trigger for a popup to be disabled if the cookie pum-10383 exists on this page here: https://viamonteliving.org/viamonte-experience/virtual-tours/ which, is set to be created on “Form Submission” however, it never creates the cookie after submitting the form. Using Gravity Forms plugin. I have tried with and without “Disable automatic re-triggering of popup after non-ajax form submission.” check and unchecked and still it never creates the cookie to begin with when submitting the Gravity Form. For the cookie, it is set to “Sitewide Cookie” “Only in this Popup” is unchecked. Not sure what that is for exactly.

    Please help.

Awww, disabled the Page Confirmation and using “Text” now and it works as expected. Would be great if the Page Confirmation worked also. You should be able to target form validation success in a Gravity Form btw.

    Anyways, problem solved for now.

    Hello @sologhost

    Thank you for reaching out!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Indeed, the cookies in the popup settings don’t work if Gravity Form is set to use Page Confirmation. The cookie event is available when using Text Confirmation.

The good news is, you can submit a feature request for this. Kindly login to your Popup Maker account and navigate to the Feature Request section here.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin.
If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/
