    Cookie message read flag is set at exit with [cookie_reject].
    Does not make sense because firstly, the reader does not want cookies and it does not accept.
    Therefore, the hint should also appear again at the next call HP.
    Therefore do not put this flag after reject.
    Or is there an adjustment that I have overlooked?
