Cookie message appears after 1 day

Ciao!
I’ve succesfully installed the EU Cookie Law plugin and it works fine, but the cookie message shows again after 1 day.

As I’m using WP Super Cache, I don’t know if it is causing some problems with the cookies plugin, as another user said in this thread:

I’ve tested this problem in 2 different computers and it works fine in Chrome, also after clearing the WP cache. But the message strikes back after 1 day ??
