have you checked the box under Settings > General > Prevent premature cookie deletion (use backend cookie)

Because safari shortens the lifetime of javascript cookies.

I sent the information months ago and haven’t heard from you. This seems to be an issue primarily with iPhone users. Is it possible Apple’s new privacy settings are interfering here?

@thelievense Sorry for my late reply. I still have troubles to reproduce this issue.

One possible case were this might happen, is if a user accepts cookies, does not reload the page or navigates to another page.
Then returns after 7 days or 24h. In that case the cookies are not restored. In order to work properly there has to be a real pageview server request after the banner acceptance and the next visit after 7 days or 24h.

Can you give me more information? for example a click flow how to reproduce this behaviour, that would be awesome.
