• This plugin worked great on our site when it was free. With the new update (2018), it completely broke out subscription site and has caused major issues. I reverted to version 6.4.16 as a temporary fix. Now, I have to look for an alternative and pay a developer to help us get untangled from theme my login. Evidently, when I updated yesterday, it was a major update and NOTHING was noted to warn me on the plugins panel and after researching I see this has been an issue since march 2018. I was happy for two years but now I am miserable!

  • Cookie error for us too.

Why is this happening? Why no response from support?

It’s because of updates to the plugin where it is basically forcing exciting users to purchase an upgrade. I did get email support from TML.
I had to buy the new legacy plugin and then update and then check the whole site to make sure nothing else was wonky.
I did not find a suitable alternative.
Really a poor way to do a major upgrade on TML/

    1) It’s not because of this. If this is happening, it’s a bug or an incompatibility with another plugin.

    2) This is not the proper place for support.

I was simply sharing my personal experiences and answering a question that was directed to me. I found many others with the same issue when searching for the cookie error and TML.

    This is simply not true.

Well, that is exactly what happened to us and I am being totally truthful. I have the emails where I went thru this complete situation with you. The error disaappeared when I paid for the legacy bundle. It was not a conflict with another plugin.

The error disappeared when you updated to TML 7.0.10, most likely.
