Cookie compliance check

I’m trying to run a compliance check.
The result is “Pass” “Failed” “Failed” “Failed”
Then I clicked on “Sign up for Cookie Compliance”, but while registering a message told me that
the mailing address is not empty …
(the message is in my language: Italian “The email cannot be empty.”)
Which mailing address? where is the e-mail address that I have to fill in?
