This plugin has been great, but failed to import after the last update. When I tried to manually run the import I received an error message stating “Cookie Check Failed”. Please let me know what steps are needed to fix this please.

    Hi @chroix,

That’s odd – our plugin doesn’t generate those kind of messages (“Cookie Check Failed”) so this may be a conflict with another plugin.

Please check your other plugins and see if disabling one of them helps.

Regardless – you may have to fix the importer “Cron” option via the “Tools -> Site Health” panel.

Let us know if it helps!

Great. That’s the message it is displaying. It had been working perfectly but now no longer works after the last update. I’ve used it on a few sites and it is no longer working on any of them.

The version 1.2.5 seems to be working still on an old beta site, but the current version does not. It does work on a stripped down base version of WordPress with default theme so it does appear to be either a theme or plugin conflict. Thanks.

    Hi again,

Can you please clarify which message you’re actually seeing?
The “Cookie Check Failed” message doesn’t seem to be related.

If you’re seeing the message regarding the Cron – you can simply click on the “Fix Cron Integrity” link and it’ll work after that.
