where do I add the Cookie Category?

ENABLE button IS missing under General > Other as you suggest in your support thread: https://docs.wpeka.com/wp-gdpr-cookie-consent/consent-logging

The “Consent Log” is a PRO feature of WP Cookie Notice for GDPR, CCPA & ePrivacy Consent plugin.
Hence the “Enable” button and the “Consent log” submenu is not visible on your end.

For your query regarding the empty drop-down list in the custom cookie section, I would request you to please reactivate your plugin.

Hi, I reactivated the plugin and it did nothing. The drop down is empty. I do not think you understand my question. The custom cookies section, HOW DO I ADD THE CATEGORIES? Are you suggesting I can only use your plugin as a PRO version?? It appears it doesn’t work unless you upgrade to pro. Cause you advertise this as it works in the free version, but that isn’t the case… please advise thanks again!

Adding custom categories is not possible. Also, The issue regarding the drop-down list where you are not able to see categories would require further investigation on your website.
