Cookie Bar not showing in header or footer

Hi,

I’ve used your plugin on a couple of sites and it worked without problems, but on this page https://www.3d-studio.it the banner doesn’t show up.
So far I’ve seen, the script and css is loaded correctly, I tried to disable all other plugins, without success.

Can you give me pls any advice, what I could try else?
