Cookie bar not diplaying on homepage

Hi
I love this plugin and use it on a number of site, and I have never experienced an issue before.
On my current site https://www.graphicicing.co.uk the cookie bar on all pages works expect the homepage. I can see it in the page source but it does not appear.
Any help or advice would be most welcome.
