Cookie Bar Issue

    Hi,

    I was having issues with the cookie acceptance bar on the mobile version of the website so I uninstalled the plugin with the intention to reinstall.

    When I uninstalled the plugin I am still getting the cookie banners (on mobile version).

    Why is this please and how do I remove?

    Hi @terryainsley,

    I still see the plugin active on this website. If you deactivate any plugin, the files are no longer loaded. This is how WordPress plugins work, but it might be some files, like CSS remain in caching or on a CDN. You will need to clear caching some files are still present.

    For the banner issue on mobile, please let me know what we can do.

    Thanks Aert but I have deactivated and deleted the plugin.

    I have also cleared the website cache so not sure what is going on?

    I simply want to remove it all and reinstall.
