Cookie bar displaying few seconds before disappearing (Accept clicked)

    Hi!
    I set the Cookie Bar to display on footer.
    But, after clicking Accept, in any page, the Cookie bar appears for a few seconds in the header, then it disappears.
    I am using Vierra Theme.
    I applied what you suggested for Avada theme
    #cookie-law-info-bar { z-index: 99999; }
    but nothing changes.
    I tried moving to the header, but I have the same problem.
    Can you help me with some suggestions?
    Before my client realizes this …
