Cookie Bar content is not loading

    Cookie bar shows up when entering page, but it doesn’t load anything inside the span thats inside the div with id cookie-law-info-bar.

    Same problem recurs with different cookie bar settings.

    Problem came up with updating site plugins.

    Message Heading & Message fields are not empty..

    We checked the site but couldn’t see the banner. Please enable so that we can check the issue.

    The cookie bar is enabled like I stated in my opening message.

    You can see the (empty) cookie bar in this picture (added red lines to it, at the bottom of the screen):

    Hi @henryaline,

    Please share a screenshot similar to the 3rd one above from the Customise Cookie Bar tab showing the full content in the Message field. Alternatively, you can copy and share the content directly as well.

    Hi @henryaline,

    Thanks for sharing. We have checked the snippet in the screenshot, but couldn’t find any issues. As such, let’s check if any plugin or theme is conflicting with our plugin style.

    Please try switching the site theme to any of the WordPress default ones and see if that solves the issue. If so, we can confirm it’s a theme issue. Likewise, try disabling all other plugins in the site one by one to see if any of them is conflicting with ours.

    Revert to us with results.
